Overview of Our
Services
The Pauly Group, Inc., former higher education professionals
from community and technical colleges, universities, and other professionals,
is an established human resource consulting firm with a practice
limited exclusively to the nation's community and technical colleges.
Organized in 1992, the Pauly Group provides support for college
CEO's and their search committees pursuing administrative excellence
through diversity and gender equity.
The Pauly Group offers a variety of services to community and technical
colleges based on the individual school's needs and budget. The
following services are available.
Recruiting
for Diversity
Regional and national recruiting services provide the same level
of recruiting excellence formerly available only to schools contracting
for complete on-campus search consulting services. Through memberships
in numerous national organizations, established relationships with
key community college leaders, the Pauly Group has developed a highly
refined network of candidates and referral sources. Mass mailings
and literally hundreds of individual recruiting telephone calls
by Pauly Group consultants, provides excellent candidate recruiting
for all administrative academic positions.
Referencing Services
Candidate referencing is at the base of all Pauly Group services.
All reference projects are conducted by the same Pauly Group consultants
who conduct the national CEO and Non-CEO recruiting and on-campus
consulting projects. This is the most economical service and was
originally established by the Pauly Group as a means of providing
all colleges, regardless of size or budget, with access to the same
resources and expertise heretofore only available to schools contracting
for complete on-campus search consulting packages.
Interim Support
Services
On-campus search consulting services provide CEO's and search
committees with the complete, personalized service of a highly experienced
academic search consultant. Typically, on-campus services include
campus visits to work with the committee to identify, recruit, and
review candidates through the semifinal stage. Visits also include
institutional analysis, committee development, all complete search
materials, national recruiting, all candidate referencing, and assistance
to the president or chancellor on final selection and negotiations.
